SpaceGame / Space Raid / SpacePirates

An early three-person Unity/C# school project with surviving gameplay-system source, presented with explicit boundaries around individual implementation ownership.

Project context

SpaceGame, also referred to as Space Raid or SpacePirates in surviving material, was an upper-secondary-school Unity/C# project developed by a three-person team in 2020–2021. I worked as one of the three developers.

The preserved project uses Unity 2019.4.15f1. Its main portfolio value is as early evidence of collaborative game development before my later Futuregames projects.

Surviving implementation

The public source shows that the project contained several gameplay systems. These include target- and distance-based enemy movement with orbit behavior, raycast line-of-sight shooting, health and damage handling, guided missiles, and multiple weapon and projectile scripts.

This is project-level source evidence rather than evidence that I personally implemented each of those systems. The exact division of implementation work between the three developers is no longer reliably recoverable, so I do not attribute the individual gameplay systems to myself.

What this project represents

I present SpaceGame as an early collaborative Unity/C# project rather than as a detailed personal implementation case. It shows that I was already working on complete game projects in a small development team and gaining practical exposure to gameplay-system code before my professional game-programming education.

The distinction between project functionality and personal ownership is intentional: my verified personal claim is that I was one of the three developers, while the surviving source establishes what functionality existed in the shared project.
